  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on March 26, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to hire a law firm to represent the county in opioid litigation.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing use of the County Courthouse Complex by Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94 and Four Kings LE/MC Poker Run to be held on April 21, 2018, beginning at the Creek County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m. - Jim Madden, Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1972 and CCLS-2545; applicant, Ricky Merton, requests approval of rezoning from A-1 General Agriculture District to R-1 Single Family Dwelling District to allow a lot split on Tract 2 and 3; Tract 1 to remain A-1. Subject property located at 16961 Ruthie Lane in Kiefer.

  10. Discussion and possible action to considering rezoning case CCZ-1 972; applicant, Gina Green, requests approval of rezoning from A-1 General Agriculture District to an RMH-1 Single Family Manufactured Home District on subject property to allow manufactured home at 6506 West 63rd Street South, Tulsa.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1 973; applicants, David and Peggy Etter, request approval of rezoning from A-1 General Agriculture District to an RMH-1 Single Family Manufactured Home District on subject property to allow a manufactured home at 6415 South 63rd West A venue in Tulsa.

  12. Notification to the Board that the County Clerk has received the 2017 Mineral Interest Report prepared by the State Treasurer. This report is made available for public viewing in the County Clerk's Office pursuant to 60 O.S. § 658.1.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider addendum to contract #W912BV16P0094 between Board of County Commissioners and Corp of Engineers to allow incremental funding of existing services provided under the original contract.

  14. Discussion and possible action to award bid for the sewage grinder system for the Creek County Justice Center - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider vacating part of South 89th West Avenue - Bob Getchell, Tulsa Attorney.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding new bid for repair of precast stones on cement ledge of the courthouse from bids submitted and opened at the January 29, 2018, Board of County Commissioners Meeting - Paul Farris, Project Manager.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Commissioners Office Highway Maintenance and Operations Fund (SA2) with funds from the Creek County Election Board to refund a portion of the cost of the election to establish the Edgewater Estates Rural Road Improvement District in the amount of $33 1.00, as per Title 62 O.S.§335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
