The Board of County Commissioners of Creek County (BOCC) met in Regular Session on Thursday, September 06, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., date and time duly posted.
Item #1: Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman, Leon Warner. Roll Call Warner present, Stephens present, and Whitehouse absent.
Item #2: Statement of compliance with open meeting act-Chairman.
Item #3: Motion was made by Stephens and seconded by Warner to approve purchase order #1494 to Kevin Valdez in the amount of $1,700.00 for a landscape trailer 16' tandem axle for county wide litter program for $. Stephens asked what happened. Warner stated that this is a private individual that we are getting a great deal from. Tandra McClellan, Payroll Deputy stated it was just a lack of communication. The purchase order came over last week to be encumbered there was no attachments to tell us to we need to process it for payment as well. The meeting took place on Monday and Warner asked about the check. We stated that we didn't know it was going to be a pay and exchange process. So we had to have a special meeting so we don't lose this great deal Warner stated. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye.
