AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 12, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Public hearing on petition to create a Rural Road Improvement District located on Grant Street in District #2, and if passed, calling for an election of the registered voters in the territory comprising the Grant Street Rural Road Improvement District on June 26, 2018, issuing sufficient maps showing the proposal boundaries of the rural road improvement district to provide one map for each polling precinct were the vote is to take place, directing the clerk to cause notice to be given of the election, and directing the County Election Board to conduct the election.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution to transfer radios to law enforcement agencies within Creek County - Barbara Albritton, INCOG.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid on behalf of the Slick Volunteer Fire Department for: Option A: One-ton 4x4 extended cab flatbed truck with skid unit; Option B: Skid Unit; Option C: One-ton 4x4 extended flatbed truck.

  10. Discussion and possible action on signing a resolution to allow Deputy Ryan Matthias to be commissioned as a Reserve Officer for Sapulpa Police Department- Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  11. Discussion and possible action to report on inspection of County owned buildings - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider surplusage of 2006 Caterpillar Backhoe and 1988 Chevrolet C70 Cab and Chassis to be sold at public auction for District #1.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding sealed bids for one or more, new or used, skid steer loaders for District #2.
  14. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax.
