1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 10, 2021.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on May 10, 2021, for property described as Jackson Lots 6 through 10 and Lots 25 through 28, including Block 4 in Drumright.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to award written quotes for purchase of  SCBA masks for Olive VFD, REAP Grant #200106 - Jason Dobson, Olive Volunteer Fire Department.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for 6-month bridge and highway materials and professional services, bid #21-11.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for ballot printing for the Creek County Election Board, bid #21-12.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-cooperative agreement with Oilton Fire Department in District #2.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to exercise an option to upgrade a 2019 John Deere Excavator to a 2021 John Deere Excavator, correcting the previous agenda item from April 26, 2021, for District #2

 

13. Discussion and possible action to sign first addendum to lease purchase agreement between SNB Bank and Creek County District #2 on John Deere 60G excavator.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to exercise an option to upgrade a 2019 JD 60G Compact Excavator to a new 2020 John Deere 60G Compact Excavator and to upgrade a 2018 JD 333G Compact Track Loader to a 2021 John Deere 333G Compact Track Loader for District #3.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider surplussing and disposing of equipment for District# 3 (trading in 2019 60G Excavator & 2018 333G Track Loader).

 

16. Discussion and possible action to sign first addendum to lease purchase agreement between SNB Bank and Creek County District #3 on John Deere 60G Compactor Excavator and to sign first addendum to lease purchase agreement between SNB Bank and Creek County District #3 on John Deere 333G Compact Track Loader.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Commissioners account (0001-1-2000-1233/R5) for workman's compensation in the amount of $15, 037.75 with funds received from Creek County Court Clerk's Payroll fund (1211-1-1900-1110/PFCC) in the amount of $173.99,  Treasurer's Cash Voucher Resale fund (1220-1-0600-1110/CV-2) in the amount of $414.14,  Assessor's Reval fund (0001-1-1700-2005/H4) in the amount of $399.34, Sheriff County Jail Maintenance Payroll fund (1315-2-0400-1110/CJM1A) in the amount of $8,895.16, Sheriff E-911 Phase II fund (1201-2-3601-1110/E-911) in the amount of $82.06, Sheriff Juvenile Justice Center Payroll fund (1317-2-0400-1110/JJC1A) in the amount of $5,005.96, Sheriff's Service Fees Payroll fund (1226-2-0400-1110/SSF1A) in the amount of $30.82, Sheriff's Service Fee Safety Grant fund (1526-2-0400-1110/SSF15) in the amount of $36.28,4) H4) in  as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

19. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Recovery Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
