 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 8, 2021.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding sealed bid on finishing the concrete inside the multiplex barn at the fairgrounds, bid #21-8.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a resolution on Fairboard members reappointments and/or elections: Perry Collins in District #1, Bob Pruitt in District #2, and Josh Enlow in District #3.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider reducing the speed limit for West 181 Street South and South 97th West Avenue, between South 89th West Avenue and West 176th Street South, to 30 MPH in District #1.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider opening a new Sheriff's Office account for Department of Homeland Security Immigration (HIS) salary reimbursement and forfeitures - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from OCSI dba TDS Telecom to parallel West 156th Street South north of the intersection of West 156th Street South and Maple Drive in District #3.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from OCSI dba TDS Telecom to cross and parallel Slick Road and West 171st Street South north of the intersection of Slick Road and West 171st Street South in District #3.

 

14. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
