  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

  1. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

3.  PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

4.  Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on              December 7, 2020.

5.  Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or      disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway,          health, cash accounts and community development block grant          funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase          orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and          various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on        all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection          during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

6.  Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance  with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new            business is defined as any matter not known about or which            could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this    meeting.)

7.  Discussion and possible action on audit results from the Creek    County Home Finance Authority and Creek County Industrial      Authority for fiscal year 2019-2020.

8.  Discussion and possible action to consider approving the 2021  Board of County Commissioners' Dates of Regular Schedule meetings.

9.  Discussion and possible action to consider removing Brandi Coffey as Receiving Officer for the Creek County Purchasing Office accounts (001-1-2400-1110/SP1A; 001-1-2400-1310/SP1C; 001-1-2400-2005/SP2), and Excise Board accounts (001-1-2100-1110/U1A; 001-1-2100-1310/U1C; 001-1-2100-2005/U2).

10.  Discussion and possible action on selecting a trustee for the proposed Creek County 911 Trust Authority, a proposed public trust to be established under 60 O.S. § 176 et seq.

11.  Discussion and possible action on appointing Newt Stephens to the INCOG Board of Directors and the INCOG General Assembly for the next two calendar years, 2021 and 2022.

12.  Discussion and possible action on re-appointing Mark Whinnery as the INCOG Creek County Towns representative.

13.  Discussion and possible action to consider approval of ODOT 324A claim form for project J/P 2861 - Three Bridges, assigned to Guy Engineering, for District #3.

14.  Discussion and possible action to consider approval of ODOT 324A claim form for project J/P 30473(04) - Carson Ridge Bridge over Salt Creek near Highway 48, assigned to Meshek and Associates, for District #2.

15.  Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

16.  Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriff Capital Outlay account (0001-2-0400-4110/B3) with $200.00 from ACCO for repairs to a damaged vehicle from an October 29, 2020, accident, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

17.  Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company to cross and parallel Frankoma Road at the West 61st Street South and Frankoma Road junction in District #2.

18.  Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak

19.  Adjournment - Chairman.
