1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on October 19, 2020, and correction of minutes for meeting held on October 13, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on October 19, 2020, for property described as A tract of land located in Block 5 of Gibbs Addition to the City of Bristow, more particularly described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said Block 5; thence South a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence South a distance of 33.34 feet; thence West a distance of 150 feet; thence North a distance of 33.34 feet; thence East a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning, all located within the City of Bristow, Creek County, Oklahoma.

26. Discussion and possible action to consider filing quiet title action on property located at the northwest corner of South Creek Avenue and West 2nd Street in Drumright.

 

27. Discussion and possible action to amend Resolution #2020-117a, changing disposition of CAT grader, SN# 2ZK05558, to transfer to District #3.

 

28. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and transfer of grader, SN# DW770DX624230, from District #3 to District #2.

 

29. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of grader, SN# DW770DX624230, from District #2 to be sold at auction.

 

30. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment by Creek County Treasurer's Office.

 

31. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of non-inventory equipment by Creek County Treasurer's Office.

 

32. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc., in the amount of $146.59, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

33. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
