 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on October 13, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on October 13, 2020, for property described as O.T. Kiefer Lot 23, 24, W ½ of Lot 25, Block 2.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on October 13, 2020, for property described as 110 S. Birch Street, Sapulpa.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on October 13, 2020, for property described as 125 S. Independence Street, Sapulpa.

 

10. Discussion and public sale of property described as A tract of land located in Block 5 of Gibbs Addition to the City of Bristow, more particularly described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said Block 5; thence South a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence South a distance of 33.34 feet; thence West a distance of 150 feet; thence North a distance of 33.34 feet; thence East a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning, all located within the City of Bristow, Creek County, Oklahoma - Treasurer's Office.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to grant Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) access to the Creek County IMW server to capture the presence, latitude, and longitude coordinates of its subscribers.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to re-let for sealed bid for the preparation of the 2020 tax statements for the Creek County Treasurer, bid #21-3.

 

13. Discussion and possible action regarding change order for the Vance Brothers contract for District #1, part of bid #20-15.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider rescheduling and republishing notice for the Public Hearing for the South 231st Drive Rural Road Improvement District.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $99.77 as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross South Pickett Road approximately 3.94 miles south and 0.98 miles west of the U.S.-75 Alternate and State Highway 67 junction in District #1.

 

18. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
