 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on September 21, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and public sale of property described as O.T. Shamrock Lot 4, Block 6 - Treasurer's Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split CCZ-2017 and CCLS-2698; applicant, Jim Tucker, requests rezoning from Agriculture District to Light Residential to allow lot split located at 15915 South 49th West Avenue, in Kiefer with the approval of CCBOA-384 - Wendy Murray, Planning Office. 

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone on CCZ-2016 and CCLS 2693; applicant, MFA Oil/ Patrick Barrett, requests Rezoning from Agriculture District to Industrial District to allow a lot split for Industrial use located at 26921 West Highway 66, in Bristow - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split CCZ-2018 and CCLS-2702; applicant, Gregory Maze, requests rezoning from Agriculture District to Light Residential to allow lot split located at 11138 West 186th Street South, in Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to review and consider approving the CIRB  8-year Transportation Plan for Creek County.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution for lease renewal for the County Road Maintenance and Equipment Revolving Fund.

 

13. Discussion and possible action regarding the receipt of the draft report from Mission Critical Partners, LLC for the Creek County consolidation feasibility study.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the preparation of the 2020 tax statements for the Creek County Treasurer, bid #21-3.

 

15. Discussion and review of yearly commissary report from the Sheriff's Office.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Amendment 1 to Agency Product and Services Agreement between Alcohol Monitoring Services, Inc. and Creek County Sheriff's Office.

 

17. Discussion and possible action on hiring or contracting with a grant writer or grant administrator for the County.

 

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc., in the amount of $146.59, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

19. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $168.37 as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

20. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross West 91st Street approximately 1.52 miles north and 1.40 miles west of the U.S. Highway 75 and Creek Turnpike junction in District #1.

 

21. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
