 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on August 17, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2014; applicants, Dan and Tina Downing, request rezoning from Commercial District to Agriculture District to be allowed Agriculture use and to add a home located at 15992 W 61stStreet South in Sand Springs - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2015 and CCLS-2687; applicants, Corey Barnhart and Emily Washington, request rezoning from Agriculture District to Light Residential to allow lot split located at 11882 W 162nd Street South in Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on August 10, 2020, for property described as Tiger Lot 1, Block 19 in Sapulpa.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on August 10, 2020, for property described as Tiger Lot 7, Block 29 in Sapulpa.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on August 10, 2020, for property described as Westport Lots 47 and 48, Block 9 in Sapulpa.

 

12. Discussion and public sale of property described as North Heights, lots 5 thru 8, Block 15 in Sapulpa - Treasurer's Office.

 

13. Discussion and public sale of property described as Westport lots 19 and 20, Block 3 in Sapulpa - Treasurer's Office.

 

14. Discussion and public sale of property described as Buena Vista #1, Lots 9 and 10, Block 10 in Sapulpa - Treasurer's Office.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider removing Requisitioning Officer Judge Richard Woolery and adding Judge Laura Farris for the Creek County District Attorney's Office (7206-1-0100-2005/DC-96).

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc., in the amount of $754.55, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

17. Discussion on changing the County email provider, TulsaConnect.

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Project Agreement between Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and Creek County to establish responsibilities of each entity pertaining to County Roads near the portion of the turnpike expansion project near the Highway US-66 and Turner Turnpike junction.

 

19. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $74.02 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

20. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing Olive VFD to submit receipts and documentation for reimbursement through CARES ACT and CRF Funds - Jason Dobson, Olive VFD.

 

21. Discussion and possible action to consider approval of the Schedule of Federal Awards to be submitted to the Oklahoma State Auditor's Office.

 

22. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.

 

23. Discussion and possible action to consider authorizing use tax funds for the Sheriff's office for temporary additional staffing at the courthouse for COVID-19 restrictions as require by the Board.
