 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 27, 2020, and meeting minutes from July 6, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing Sapulpa Main Street to use the Courthouse parking lot for the Route 66 Blowout on September 12, 2020 - Cindy Lawrence.

 

8. Discussion and possible action on requested road improvements on West Taft Avenue from Wickham Road to Mesa Road and Sunset Lane in District #3 - Duane Snapp and Tim Pak.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider purchasing mobile workstations to expand remote work capabilities and participate in new training procedures from the Oklahoma Tax Commission due to COVID-19 - JaNell Enlow, Assessor.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a detention agreement with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation to house tribal inmates at the Creek County Justice Center.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to award or deny bids for one or more new or used road graders for District #2 with financing, bid #21-1.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to award or deny bids for 10 county owned lots to be mowed in the Sapulpa area, bid #21-2.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to award or deny chip-seal and asphalt overlay project bids, bid #20-15 for District #3.

 

14. Discussion and possible action on preparing the Schedule of Federal Awards to be submitted to the Oklahoma State Auditor's Office.

 

15. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider authorizing use tax funds for the Sheriff's office for temporary additional staffing at the courthouse for COVID-19 restrictions as require by the Board.
