 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 13, 2020, prior meeting minutes for July 1, 2020, to approve correction, and prior meeting minutes for July 6, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split CCZ-2011 and CCLS-2684; applicant, Jeff Slaton, requests rezoning from an Agriculture District to Light Residential to allow a lot split.  Property is located at 12304 West 86thStreet South, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

8 . Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2012; applicant, Sharon Tunnell, requests rezoning from an Agriculture District to Manufactured Home District to allow a mobile home located at South 65thWest Avenue and West 63rd Street South, Tulsa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split CCZ-2013 and CCLS-2687; applicants, Corey Barnhart and Emily Washington, request rezoning from an Agriculture District to Light Residential on the West tract and Residential Manufactured on the East tract to allow lot split located at 11882 W 162ndStreet So., Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

10. Discussion and possible action regarding letter from State Auditor's Office regarding Senate Bill 1888 CIRB funds.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to award or deny chip-seal and asphalt overlay project bids, bid #20-15.

 

12. Discussion and possible action regarding change order for rough in plumbing project, bid #18-15 - Jon Keiffer, Fairgrounds.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing semiannual service agreements between Emergency Power Systems, Inc. and the Creek County Jail and Juvenile Justice Center.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a maintenance agreement with Air Comfort, Inc. for the Courthouse Complex for Fiscal Year 2020/2021.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-cooperative agreements with the City of Slick, City of Depew, and the City of Kellyville in District #3.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc., in the amount of $754.55, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Workman's Compensation/Unemployment account (0001-1-2000-1233/R5) with funds from ACCO County Claims Operating Account for ACCO SIF Distribution Settlement for the Seminole Mud Co. v. CompSource Mutual Insurance Company in the amount of $6,152.57, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

19. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Juvenile Detention Contracts between Creek County Board of County Commissioners and Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pawnee, and Payne Counties.

 

20. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #3 to parallel West Line Street approximately one mile west of Sahoma Lake Road in District #2.

 

21. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas to cross W. 241st St S. approximately 1.86 miles southwest of the junction of SH-16 & SH-48 in District #3.

 

22. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.

 

23. Discussion and possible action to consider authorizing use tax funds for the Sheriff's office for temporary additional staffing at the courthouse for COVID-19 restrictions as require by the Board.
