 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 6, 2020, and corrected minutes for meeting held on June 29, 2020, correcting minutes for regular meeting held on July 1, 2020, and correcting regular meeting to special meeting held on June 4, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action on hiring Mary Gannaway for outside legal services for Planning for case CCBOA-372, Dan Newman.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider repealing Resolution #2020-66, dated June 10, 2020, which directed the calling and holding of a special election in Creek County, Oklahoma, for the purposes of submitting to the registered, qualified voters of the county the question of levying and collecting one-sixth of one percent (.1667%) sales tax for the purpose of distributing equal shares of collection to all Creek County fire departments.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider choosing a payment option for the ACCO-SIG Property and Liability renewal quote for Creek County for fiscal year 2020-2021.

 

10. Discussion and possible action regarding letter from State Auditor's Office regarding Senate Bill 1888 CIRB funds.

 

11. Discussion and possible action regarding the Creek County Treasurer's Financial Statement for fiscal year 2020 - Treasurer's Office.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to let for bid for one or more new or used road graders for District #2 with financing, bid #21-1.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to let for bid for 10 county owned lots to be mowed in the Sapulpa area, bid #21-2.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative agreement with South 299th West Avenue Rural Road Improvement District in District #3.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Dynamic Recruiting Specialists, LLC/Tricom, Inc. of Milwaukee for reimbursement of a duplicate payment, in the amount of $2,469.60 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Court Clerk's Salary fund (0001-1-1400-1110/J1A) with funds from County Claims of Oklahoma for reimbursement in the amount of $2,858.81 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #2 to cross 5655 West Hilton Road south of the intersection of Hilton Road and Creek Turnpike in District #1.

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #2 to cross 5701 West Hilton Road south of the intersection of Hilton Road and Creek Turnpike in District #1.

19. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
