AGENDA

 

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 15, 2020.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2010; Applicant, Frankoma Land Management, requests rezoning from an Agriculture District to Industrial District to extend an Industrial Subdivision that was previous rezoned in February, 2020, by the CCPC and CCBOC located at Southwest corner of Highway 166 and Frankoma Rd., Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider amendment to the Final plat. Applicant, Jeremy Stanford, requests approval of an Amendment to a Final Plat for "Oakhaven Farms" to change from public roads to private gated roads.  A subdivision containing approximately 18 lots and 1 block with two reserve areas and detention pond, located at 7717 South 49th West Avenue, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  9. Discussion and possible action to approve Inter-Agency Agreements with the Creek County Industrial Authority for Sapulpa, Drumright, and Bristow industrial sites for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 - Donnette Widdoes, Director, Creek County Industrial Authority.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing lease agreement between Creek County Home Finance Authority and Creek County Board of County Commissioners on property located at 222 East Hobson in Sapulpa for the Election Board for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 - Donette Widdoes, Director, Creek County Industrial Authority.

  11. Discussion regarding letter from State Auditor's Office regarding Senate Bill 1888 CIRB Funds.

  12. Discussion and possible action regarding the Creek County Treasurer's Financial Statement for fiscal year 2020 - Treasurer's Office.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Clerk's Office - Jennifer Mortazavi, County Clerk.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc., in the amount of $754.55, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $1,171.34 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
