1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 8, 2020, and meeting minutes for special meeting held on June 10, 2020.
 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
 

7. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for ballot printing for the Creek County Election Board, bid #20-12.
 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bids for janitorial services for both the Bristow and Sapulpa Health Department offices for the new fiscal year 2020/2021, bid #20-13.
 

9. Discussion and possible action regarding change order in the amount of $1,669.49 for Project CO 80-81319, Maintenance Shed, for installation of the water line hookup beyond the original project scope.
 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider paying the final payment for Project CO 80-81319, Maintenance Shed, in the amount of $1,276.00.
 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Fairgrounds - Jon Keiffer, Fairgrounds.
 

12. Discussion and possible action regarding change order for rough in plumbing project, bid #18-15 - Jon Keiffer, Fairgrounds.
 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
 

14. Notification of new policy implementation at the Sheriff's Office and placing a copy of the same in the records of the County Clerk - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bid for 6-month Bridge and Highway Materials, bid #20-10.
 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bid for Commonly Used Items, bid #20-11.
 

17. Discussion and possible action to open and award bids for mowing of 27 lots in the Sapulpa area twice a month until the second week in September - Don Engle, Treasurer.
 

19. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.
 

20. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross South 241st West Avenue approximately .15 miles north of the West 191st Street South and South 241st West Avenue junction in District #3.
