AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 1, 2020, and minutes for the special meeting held on June 4, 2020.
 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing use of the County Courthouse Complex by Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94 and Four Kings LE/MC Poker Run to be held on June 13, 2020, beginning at Central Tech at 8:00 a.m., and ending at the Creek County Courthouse Complex parking lot - Jim Holcomb, Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94
 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider opening and awarding bids for janitorial services for both the Bristow and Sapulpa Health Department offices for the new fiscal year 2020/2021, bid #20-13.
 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bid for 6-month Bridge and Highway Materials, bid #20-10.
 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bid for Commonly Used Items, bid #20-11.
 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Cooperation and Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement between Muscogee (Creek) Nation on behalf of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Housing and Creek County Board of County Commissioners.
 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing the licensing agreement between TimeClock Plus and the Creek County Board of County Commissioners for the Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross South 42nd West Avenue approximately 0.97 miles south and 1.88 miles west of the U.S. 44 and U.S. 75 junction in District #1.
 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross West 201st Street South approximately 5.05 miles south and 0.88 miles east of the U.S. 75 Alternate and State Highway 67 junction in District #1.
 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider the Cares Act Grant for COVID-19.
