AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 6, 2020.
 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
 

7. Discussion and possible action recognizing April as Child Abuse Prevention Month and authorizing the placement of 155 pinwheels on the courthouse lawn in recognition of the 155 children placed in foster care in Creek County over the past year due to abuse and neglect.
 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on April 6, 2020, for property described as a part of the NW4 (Lot 4) of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 9 East, in Creek County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the North 8.09 acres of Lot 4; thence East a distance of 200 feet; thence North a distance of 100 feet; thence West a distance of 200 feet; thence South a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider opening a section line right-of-way over approximately ½ mile of the west half of the south section-line of Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 8 East - Jason Hoover.
 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Cooperative Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Wildlife Services Division, and the Creek County Board of Commissioners, beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021, for predator and rodent services.
 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing juvenile detention contract between Tulsa County Juvenile Detention Center and the Creek County Board of County Commissioners.
 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriff Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-2-0400-2005/B2) with funds from the Sapulpa Tag Agency for reimbursement of change received during the purchase of two tags for two Dodge Chargers, in the amount of $6.00 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $1060.84 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross and parallel South 50th West Avenue and West 62nd Street South approximately 1.01 miles south and 0.57 miles west of the Gilcrease and U.S. 44 junction in District #1.
 

15. Discussion and possible action on updating, modifying, or taking any additional protective measures or emergency action regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
