1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 18, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2003; applicant, Michael Schwinn, requests approval of a rezoning from a Light Residential District to an Agriculture District to allow the raising of farm animals located at 17999 South 49th West Avenue in Mounds - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2004 and CCLS-2659; applicants, Susan and Steven Williams, request approval of a rezoning for Tract 1 to Commercial to allow storage facility, and Tract 2 to Agriculture to allow the raising of farm animals located 35550 West 87th Place South in Mannford - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2005; applicant, Mark Remington, requests approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Manufactured Home District to Agricultural District to allow raising of farm animals located at 36061 West 36th Street South in Mannford - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2006; applicant, Frankoma Land Management, requests approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Agricultural District to Industrial to allow industrial subdivision located at Southwest Corner of Highway 166 and Frankoma Road in Sapulpa. - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2007 and CCLS-2661; applicants, Brian and Ashton Casey, request approval of a rezoning from an Agriculture District to Light Residential to allow a lot split located 13364 West 81st Street South in Sapulpa. - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

12. Discussion and public sale of property described as Maschino Lots 19 through 24, including Block 2 in Drumright - Treasurer's Office.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a Proclamation of the Board and the Sheriff declaring Creek County as a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to approve purchase of one or more 2019 John Deere 60G Compact Excavators from Sourcewell, Contract #032515-JDC - District #2 and District #3.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Highway District #3 to Slick Volunteer Fire Department - Lane Whitehouse, Commissioner.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an agreement between the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and the Board of County Commissioners to replace the existing bridge and bridge approaches for NBI #0388 on West 231st Street over Catfish Creek located in District #3.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to direct the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Commissioners account (0001-1-2000-1233/R5) workman's compensation in the amount of $14,955.18 with funds received from Creek County Treasurer's Office Cash Voucher Resale fund (1220-1-0600-1110/CV2) in the amount of $329.85, Court Clerk's Payroll fund (1211-1-1900-1110/PFCC) in the amount of $183.33,  County Clerk's Preservation Fee fund (1209-1-1000-1130/CCPF-1) in the amount of $9.52, County Assessor's  Reval fund (0001-1-1700-1110/H4) in the amount of $185.17, Sheriff's Office E-911 Phase II fund (1201-2-3601-2005/E-911) in the amount of $62.20, Sheriff County Jail Maintenance Payroll fund (1315-2-0400-1110/CJM1A) in the amount of $8,712.83, Sheriff Service Fee Payroll fund (1226-2-0400-1110/SSF1A) in the amount of $542.87, Sheriff Service Fee Courthouse Security fund (1226-2-3500-1110/SSF9) in the amount of $368.36, Sheriff Service Fee Oklahoma Highway Safety Grant fund (1526-2-0400-1110/SSF15) in the amount of $76.47, Sheriff Juvenile Justice Center Payroll fund (1317-2-0400-1110/JJC1A) in the amount of $4,572.35,4) H4) in  as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (0001-1-2000-2005/R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office fund for reimbursement of utility payments, in the amount of $108.44 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
