 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 20, 2020.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to award written quotes for purchase of a generator for Olive VFD, REAP Grant #200106 - Jason Dobson, Olive Volunteer Fire Department.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider plat waiver CCPW-2019-1; applicant, Ramey 2000 Properties, requests approval of a plat waiver on subject tract to allow for a lot split located at South 49th West Avenue and Hilton Road in Sapulpa.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2001; applicants, Roy and Linda Little, request approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Agricultural to Light Residential District to bring the subject property in compliance with the county regulations located at 9530 Sahoma Lake Road in Sapulpa.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2002; applicants, Joshua and Kimberly Shinault, request approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Agricultural to Light Residential District for new construction located near South 106th West Avenue and West 171st Street South in Sapulpa.

 

11. Discussion and update on bridge closure for NBI #0388 on West 231st Street over Catfish Creek located in District #3.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider opening and awarding bids for title search services for June tax resale, bid #20-7.

 

13. Discussion and possible action on the County Treasurer requesting an account for the Creek County Sheriff's Office to accept funds from the Social Security Administration from inmate payments. The funds can be placed into the Sheriff's Board of Prisoners Account.

 

14. Discussion and possible action on standard operating procedures for the documentation of disaster response for Creek County - Covey Murray, CEM.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Commissioners' Office.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Retirement/Worker's Compensation/Unemployment fund (0001-1-2000-1233/R5) with funds from the Oklahoma Public Employment Retirement System for reimbursement of a previous employee's contribution, in the amount of $487.48 as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
