AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 6, 2020.
 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
 

7. Discussion and update on bridge closure for NBI #0388 on West 231st Street over Catfish Creek located in District #3.
 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an inter-cooperative agreement with Olive Fire Department for District #2.
 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid for title search services for June tax resale, to be opened and awarded on January 27, bid #20-7.
 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management Disaster Assistance Agreement for Major Disasters between the State of Oklahoma and the Creek County Board of County Commissioners, FEMA-4438-DR-OK.
 

11. Discussion and possible action recognizing a vendor name change from Green County Shredding and Recycling to VRC (Vital Records Control) for the Creek County Health Department.
 

12. Discussion and possible action on Sheriff's Commissary Account expenses pursuant to 19 O.S. § 180.43 - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Law Enforcement Memorial Fund with funds from John and Claudeen Young in the amount of $355.00, to be used to restore, replace, or improve the Law Officer Memorial.
 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek    County Sheriff Maintenance and Operations account (0001-2-0400-2005/B2) with $4,515.26 for repairs to a damaged vehicle from a December 10, 2019, accident, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from AT&T to parallel West 111th and cross and parallel South 513th near the junction of Highway 99 and Highway 33 bypass in District #2.
