AGENDA

 

 

1.  CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2.  STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on November 18, 2019, and special meeting held on November 19, 2019.
 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
 

7. Discussion and public sale of property described as 327 West Ninth Avenue in Bristow - Treasurer's Office.
 

8. Discussion and possible action on the certified results of the election to approve or deny the creation of the Mose Meadows Rural Road Improvement District and ordering the district to set a date and time for the first meeting of the district.
 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1996; applicants, Steven and Sandra Rousey, request approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Light Residential District to Residential Manufactured Home District located at 35426 W 51st St So., Mannford - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1997; applicant, Steven Fowler, requests approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Light Residential District to Agricultural District located at 9166 Sahoma Lake Road, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1998; applicant, Richard Bailey, requests approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Agricultural District to Industrial District located at 7631 State Highway 66, Tulsa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1999; applicant, Don Stobaugh, requests approval of a rezoning on subject tract from Agricultural District to Industrial District located at 9600 West 96th Street South., Tulsa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
 

13. Discussion and possible action to approve the Transportation Commission Approved 8-year plan.
 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution recommending ODOT selection of Guy Engineering for certain design services in connection with the construction of the public project known as BR 254 Little Deep Fork Creek, J/P 32295 in District #3.
 

15. Discussion on ACCO-SIG (insurance) regarding usage of deductible amount - Dusty Birdsong, ACCO.
 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider using the ACCO deductible fund to pay for damages to a Sheriff unit due to a single vehicle accident on November 4, 2019.
 

17. Adjournment - Chairman.


Due to the County Holiday schedule, agenda item requests for the December 2nd regular meeting must be submitted by Wednesday November 27th by noon.

 

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
