AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on November 4, 2019, and meeting minutes for special meeting held on October 30, 2019.
5.Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
 6.Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)
 7.Discussion and possible action to consider closure of bridge #250 over Deep Fork River on West 331st Street South in Section 13, Township 14 North, Range 8 East in District #3.
 8.Discussion and possible action to consider CX repair recommendation of bridge #254 over Little Deep Fork Creek on South 193rd West Avenue, the section line between Section 11 and 12, Township 14 North, Range 10 East in District #3.
 9.Discussion and possible action to consider choosing bridge inspection firm from the telephone interviews conducted on October 28, 2019, at 1:30 p.m.
 10.Notice to the Board of County Commissioners that the Estimate of Needs for the Town of Slick was filed with the County Clerk's Office.
 11.Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the 6-month bridge and highway materials and professional services.
 12.Discussion and possible action to consider renewing the contract for commonly used items, bid #19-20, with Merrifield Office Supply for contract period January 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020.
 13.Discussion and possible action to consider the effects of the upcoming census on commissioner district boundaries.
 14.Discussion and possible action to consider establishing County Holiday Schedule for 2020.
 15.Discussion and possible action to consider signing stockpiling lease between Highway District #3 and Jimmey and Carolyn Grant in the SW/4 of the NW/4 of Section 27, T-15-N, R-7-E for District #3.
 16.Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross West 201st Street approximately 5.03 miles south and 1.93 miles west of the US Highway 75 and State Highway 67 junction in District #1.
 17.Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to parallel North 3270 Road approximately 0.80 miles south of the State Highway 48 and North 3270 Road junction in District #3.
