AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on September 23, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers ' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion, possible action, and public hearing to consider adding currently existing section-line public roads to the Official Creek County Maintenance System described as: South 97th West Avenue between West 176th Street South and West 181st Street South and West 181st Street South between 97th West Avenue and South 89th West Avenue all along section-lines of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 11 East.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider closing the paved part of West 251st Street for a motocross and 4-wheeler race at Stroud Lake - Bob Pearman, Stroud City Manager.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning cases CCZ-1988 and CCLS-2617: applicants, Lester and Mary Yocham, request approval of rezoning from agricultural district to commercial district to allow a repair shop located at 17543 South 273rd West Avenue in Bristow - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider contracting with Guy Engineering for bridge inspections.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an inter-cooperative agreement with Durant Cemetery.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an inter-cooperative agreement with Tulsa County for road striping and signage.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Emergency Management fund (1212-2-2700-2005/CCE-8) with change received from the Sapulpa Tag Agency for purchase of tags for a 2019 ATV, in the amount of $ 17 .00, and for a 2019 G3 boat in the amount of $20.00, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  14. Adjournment - Chairman.
