  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT- Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 10, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1987; applicant, Shane Cox, requests approval of rezoning from an R-1 Single Family Dwelling to A-1 General Agricultural District to allow a manufactured home located at 28001 West 61 st Street South in Sand Springs, Oklahoma - Wendy Murray, Planning.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider opening up a road off Highway 48 and 131 st Street South heading west in District #2 - Darren Cloud.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing use of the County Courthouse Complex by Creek County law enforcement on August 24, 2019, from noon to 9:00 p.m. for the Creek County Memorial Fund - Jim Madden, Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider opening and awarding bids received for ballot printing contract - Joy Naifeh, Secretary, Creek County Election Board.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider receiving audit reports for fiscal years 2015, 2016, and 2017.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving resolution changing Receiving Officer from Tim Quinton to Paul Farris for the Use Tax (GA2) account.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider roofreplacement at 23 Oak Street, maintenance shed.

  14. Discussion of FEMA paperwork for disaster declaration - Don Engle, Treasurer.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider surplussing and disposing of equipment for Creek County Treasurer's Office - Don Engle, Treasurer.

  16. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.

  17. Adjournment - Chairman.
