AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on June 3, 2019, and correcting minutes for meeting held on May 28, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to direct the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Election Board General Fund Personal Services account with any reimbursement that may come from entities calling elections, such as municipalities and school districts, for reimbursement for overtime pay for election workers during the fiscal year 2019-2020, as per Title 62 O.S.§335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office - Joy Naifeh, Election Board.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding 3-month bridge and highway materials and professional services, bid #19-22.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding 6-month bridge and highway materials and professional services, bid #19-23.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding commonly used items, bid #19-20.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing contract with the State of Oklahoma, Office of Juvenile Affairs for detention transportation.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider surplussing and disposing of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Highway Cash-District #1 (T2-1) account in the amount of $2.50 for funds received in change from a check for a license tag to the Sapulpa Tag Agency, as per Title 62 O.S.§335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross West 6Pt Street approximately 0.93 miles south and 1.57 miles west of the US Highway 44 and US Highway 75 junction in District #1.

  15. Adjournment - Chairman.
