  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT- Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 20, 2019, and for emergency meeting minutes held on May 21 , 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing deed and transcript for property sold on May 20, 2019, located at 1719 East Dewey A venue, Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider prioritizing small bridge projects (under 20 feet) and setting funding options.

  9. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for 3-month bridge and highway materials.

  10. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for 6-month bridge and highway materials, and construction services.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bids for janitorial services for both the Bristow and Sapulpa Health Department offices for the new fiscal year 2019/2020.

  12. Discussion and possible action to award overly and striping of the Health department parking lot in Sapulpa based on written quotes.

  13. Discussion and possible action to replace Sue Smittle with Michelle McDonald as Receiving Officer for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  14. Discussion and possible action to replace Sue Smittle with Michelle McDonald as Receiving Officer for the Creek County Justice Center - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  15. Discussion and possible action to replace Sue Smittle with Michelle McDonald as Receiving Officer for the Creek County Juvenile Justice Center - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider signing contract for medical staffing and administration for Turn Key Health Clinics, LLC at the Creek County Criminal Justice Center for the 2019-2020 fiscal year - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution for workers' compensation insurance renewal with ACCO for 2019-2020 fiscal year.

  18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from BTC Broadband to parallel South 49th West Avenue and 151st Street approximately 0.5 miles east of Highway 75A in District #1.

  19. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross Sunset Lane approximately 0.39 miles south and 0.25 miles west of the State Highway 66 and State Highway 117 junction in District #3.

  20. Discussion and possible action to consider instructing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County General Government Heat & Air (HVAC) in the amount of $86,317.11, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  21. Discussion and possible action to consider instructing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Commissioners account (CCA) in the amount of $401.00, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  22. Discussion and possible action to consider instructing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Community Development (CDBG-5) in the amount of $31,597.25, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  23. Discussion and possible action to consider instructing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County Commissioners General Fund (R4) with $673.45 for the reimbursement returned by Benefit Resources, Inc., on a monthly basis, pursuant to the monthly report provided by the same.

  24. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $1000.82 to reimburse for utilities, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  25. Adjournment - Chairman.
