AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. Discussion and possible action to declare a county emergency and temporarily waive county purchasing and competitive bidding in response to wide:.spread flooding throughout the county.

  4. Discussion and possible action to approve spending up to $75.00 per hour per additional person for contract labor and equipment in support of road and bridge safety operations due to flooding.

  5. Discussion and possible action to approve spending off of the 3- and 6-month bid list as needed in support of road and bridge safety operations due to flooding.

Adjournment - Chairman.

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
