AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 13, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and public sale of property described as 1719 East Dewey Avenue, Sapulpa, Oklahoma - Treasurer's Office.

  8. Discussion and review of CIRB 8-year plan - John E. Blickensderfer, Guy Engineering.

  9. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for commonly used items.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider opening and awarding bids for janitorial services for both the Bristow and Sapulpa Health Department offices for the new fiscal year 2019/2020.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding guttering project at District #2 Barn.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Cox Business Commercial Services Agreement - Sheriffs Office.

  13. Notification to the Board that the County Clerk has received the 2018 Mineral Interest Report prepared by the State Treasurer. This report is made available for public viewing in the County Clerk's Office pursuant to 60 O.S. § 658.1.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Communications Systems dba TDS Telecom to parallel West 20l5t Street South approximately one mile west of Highway 75 in District #1.

  15. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

  16. Adjournment - Chairman.
