AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 6, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Proclamation for National Police Week, beginning Sunday, May 12 through Saturday, May 18, 2019.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider closing westbound traffic on West 86th Street, from Highway 97 to Lake Sahoma Park entrance, on Saturday, June 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to allow Tulsa Tough bicycle traffic to travel.

  9. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for 3-month bridge and highway materials.

  10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for 6-month bridge and highway materials and construction services.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplussing and disposing of equipment from the Health Department to Emergency Management.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing enhanced emergency number (E-911) service agreement between Cox Communications and Creek County for fiscal year 2019-2020.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider Circuit Engineering District (CED) contract agreement extension for ETRCBl-19-2(02)19, approved on February 27, 2019.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water #1 to cross 231st Street approximately 1.12 miles west of the 209th West Avenue and West 231st Street in District #3.

  15. Adjournment - Chairman.
