AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT-Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 29, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider selecting a Certified Public Accountant to conduct audits for the Creek County Public Facilities Authority and the Creek County Educational Facilities Authority.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid for janitorial services for both the Bristow and Sapulpa Health Department offices for the new fiscal year 2019/2020.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment by Emergency Management - Covey Murray.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider approving two utility permit requests from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross Hilton Road and to parallel Hilton Road and South 49th West Avenue approximately 2.13 miles west and 0.03 miles north of the US 75 and SH 364 junction in District #1.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oakland Petroleum Operating Company to cross West 141st Street South approximately 600 feet west of the Old Shamrock Highway in District #2.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from OG&E Electric Services to use 725 feet of the section line beginning at the northeast corner of Section 19, Township 17 north, and Range 11 east in District #3 for overhead electric lines.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Cooperative Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Wildlife Services Division, and the Creek County Board of Commissioners, beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $342.46 to reimburse for utilities, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider instructing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County Commissioners General Fund (R4) with $673.45 for the reimbursement returned by Benefit Resources, Inc., on a monthly basis, pursuant to the monthly report provided by the same.

  16. Adjournment - Chairman.
