  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT-Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 22, 2019, and for special meeting held on April 23, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to recognize the retirement of Sergeant Gary Bloss for his 15 years of dedicated service to the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of a Sheriffs Deputy's duty weapon and Sheriffs Deputy's badge, #24, for the Creek County Sheriff's Office- Bret Bowling, Sheriff

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1985; applicant, John Phillips II, requests approval of rezoning from A-1 General Agricultural District to RMH-1 Single Family Manufactured Home District to allow a manufactured home, located at 9523 South 369th West Avenue in Mannford - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1986; applicant, Marlyn Bell, requests approval of rezoning from an A-1 General Agricultural District to RMH-1 Single Family Manufactured Home District to allow a manufactured home, located at 6620 West 61st in Tulsa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  11. Discussion and possible action to approve vendor and purchase rescue extrication tools for Olive VFD, REAP Grant #190104-Jason Dobson, Olive Volunteer Fire Department.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Health Department funds for employee appreciation luncheon- Health Department.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider selecting a Certified Public Accountant to conduct audits for the Creek County Public Facilities Authority and the Creek County Educational Facilities Authority.

  14. Discussion and possible action to award fencing project on South 449th West Avenue for District #2.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing contract with Kerry John Patten, C.P.A., on preparing 2018-2019 financial statement, Estimate of Needs for 2019-2020 fiscal year and publication sheet.

  16. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for commonly used items as defined by 19 O.S. § 1505(B)(1).

  17. Adjournment - Chairman.

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
