AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 8, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing use of the County Courthouse Complex by Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94 and Four Kings LE/MC Poker Run to be held on April 27, 2019, beginning at the Creek County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m. - Jim Madden, Sapulpa FOP Lodge #94.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution determining the Drumright Health Department Building located at 420 E Broadway is not needed for courthouse or jail purposes.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider transferring Drumright Health Department Building located at 420 E Broadway to the Creek County Industrial Authority.

  10. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION (per 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4)): Discussion of confidential communications between the Board, its litigation attorney, and the District Attorney's Office concerning ongoing lawsuits that upon advice of counsel, disclosure of which will seriously impair the ability of the County to process the action in the best interest of the public: Wright v. Creek County, BCJ-16-23; Eldredge v. Creek County, CJ-2017-131.

  11. Discussion and any possible action required of the Board in the aforementioned cases.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving change order for bid #18-15, Option H (liner panels in commercial building) - Jon Keiffer, Fairgrounds

  13. Discussion and possible action on amending the sales tax agreement with the Public Facilities Authority.

  14. Discussion and possible action to lease the Creek County jail facility and real property from the Public Facilities Authority on a fiscal year basis.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative agreement with Lonestar Public Schools in District #3.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative agreement with the City of Bristow in District #3.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative agreement with the City of Kellyville in District #3.

  18. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative agreement with South 299th West Avenue Street Rural Road Improvement District in District #3.

  19. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $222.41 to reimburse for utilities, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  20. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

  21. Adjournment - Chairman.

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
