  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT-Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 25, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to accept audit results from the Creek County Horne Finance Authority for fiscal year 2017-2018.

  8. Discussion and possible action to accept audit results from the Creek County Industrial Authority for fiscal year 2017-2018.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning cases CCZ-1983 and CCLS-2594; applicant, County Investments, LLC, requests approval of rezoning from an A-1 General Agricultural District to an R-1 Single Family Dwelling District (Tract A) to allow lot split located at 10516 South 49th West Avenue in Sapulpa- Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning cases CCZ-1984 and CCLS-2596; applicants Richard and Melissa Johnson, request approval of rezoning from an A-1 General Agricultural District to an RMH-1 Single Family Manufactured Horne District (Southwest Tract and Southeast Tract) located at 3255 South 281st West Avenue in Mannford- Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

  11. Discussion and possible action on Leave Sharing Policy by adding the language that it shall be donated at hourly rate regardless of pay scale of donator or beneficiary.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bids for three-month bridge and highway materials, bid #19-19.

  13. Discussion and possible action to exercise an option to upgrade the 2018 John Deere Skid Steer to a new 2019 John Deere Skid Steer for District #3.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding contract for high density rolling file system for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from AT&T to cross and parallel approximately .1 mile east of the Frankhoma Road West 81st Street junction in District #2.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from Oklarado LLC in the amount of $61.94 for oil and gas lease bonus payment, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider instructing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County Commissioners General Fund (R4) with $674.45, and/or County Jail Maintenance fund (CJM1A) with $577.05, for the reimbursement returned by Benefit Resources, Inc., on a monthly basis, pursuant to the monthly report provided by the same.

  18. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $210.29 to reimburse for utilities, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
