AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 28, 2019.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Public hearing on request to create the Mose Meadows Rural Road Improvement District located on a portion of South 153rd Street West Avenue and a portion of West 96th Street South in Section 20-T18N-R11E in District #2.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-1982 and CCLS-2592; applicant, Guardian Capital, LLC, requests approval of rezoning from an A-1 General Agriculture District to an I-1 Restricted Manufacturing and Warehousing District (Tract A) to allow existing lot split located at 6312 South 39th West Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

  9. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for sale of surplus KIP 3000 Wide Format Plotter, bid #19-18

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-cooperative agreement with Sapulpa Public Schools in District #1.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider request from Lone Star School to repair a school bus route located at the end of 162nd Street, south of the school in District #1.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross South 465th West Avenue approximately 4.14 miles south and 6.22 miles west of the US Highway 44 and State Highway 16 junction in District #3.

  14. Adjournment - Chairman.
