SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION -Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 7, 2019 and correction of minutes from meeting held on December 17, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and Possible Action of Approval of 2019 INCOG REAP Contract with INCOG on Behalf of Olive VFD for Purchase of Rescue Extrication Tools - $10,000, and Authorization for Chairman to Execute.

  8. Discussion and possible action to open bids for four (4) ten-ton gas package units for fairgrounds, bid #19-16.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider surplussing and junking office equipment from the Clerk's Office.

  10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for sale of surplus KIP 3000 Wide Format Plotter, bid #19-18.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $62.20 to reimburse for utilities, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross South 97th West Avenue approximately 2.08 miles west and .56 miles south of the US Highway 75A and State Highway 67 junction in District #1.

  13. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: Discussion of secure access technology of the Courthouse Complex pursuant to 25 O.S. §§ 307(B)(11)(e)(1-7).

  14. Discussion and possible action on upgrading and/or replacing Access Control Systems of the Courthouse Complex.

  15. Adjournment - Chairman.
