AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT- Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on December 31, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman for 2019.

  8. Discussion and possible action regarding representative for CED #1.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing contract between the Creek County Health Department and Donette Widdoes for directly observed therapy and related services to tuberculosis patients - Larry Berger, Creek County Health Department.

  10. Discussion and possible action on request for Mose Meadows Rural Road Improvement District.

  11. Discussion and possible action regarding the Creek County employee handbook.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid for title search services for June tax resale, to be opened and awarded on January 22, bid #19-17.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider entering oil and gas lease with Anchor Land Group on county-owned property described as Block 43, Lot 17 located in the SW/4 NE/4 of O.T. Oilton.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolutions on employees driving home county-owned vehicles and equipment at night.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider entering Emergency and Transportation Revolving, E.T.R. Fund, Agreement with C.E.D. #1 and O.C.C.E.D.B. boards for project JP 26881(04), Creek County, Deep Fork River in District #3.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross 111th Street South off of 241st West A venue approximately .48 miles west of the 241st West Avenue and 111th Street South junction in District #2.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriffs Office Capital Outlay (B3) with funds from Depository Voucher #6514, in the amount of $4,200.00, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  18. Adjournment - Chairman.
