AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on December 10, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing a vigil to be held in honor of a missing person, Adrianna Garcia, on the Courthouse lawn on the evening of Saturday, December 29, 2018.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider policy for providing insurance for Trust Employees and allowing reimbursement of said insurance premiums by the Trusts.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider changing the name of West 76th Street South, as platted within the Oakhaven Farms subdivision in Creek County, to West 77th Place South. All assigned numerical addresses shall remain the same while reflecting the name change.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid for new air conditioning units for commercial building - Fairgrounds.

  11. Discussion and possible action to open and award for bid for road and bridge construction services, #19-15.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider extending INCOG REAP Community Development contract with Freedom Hill Volunteer Fire Department to December 31, 2019.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution authorizing Treasurer to refund Creek County Commissioners General Fund (R4) with funds from Benefit Resources, Inc. to refund the cost of Community Care and Guardian insurances for previous employees on a monthly basis - Tandra McClellan.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Memorandum of Understanding between Muscogee (Creek) Nation and Creek County Board of Commissioners.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution changing the name of Requisitioning Officer from Anna J. Stringfellow to Anna J. Duckett for Creek County Health Department accounts (MD1A, MD1C, MD2, MD3, and MD4).

  16. Discussion and update on Stormwater Program-Matt Ryan, INCOG.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider CGI county promotion proposal.

  18. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

  19. Adjournment - Chairman.

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
