AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT- Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on November 19, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bids for one and/or two miles of 2" overlay from Highway 97 west on West 71st Street in District #2.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for 6-month bid category, crushed rock, for bridge and highway materials.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding written quotes for 5-ton rooftop gas package units for the Creek County Sheriffs Office.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider setting public hearing to add a portion of South 89th West Avenue in Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 11 East in Creek County District #1 to the Official Creek County Road Maintenance Inventory.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider setting public hearing to add a portion of West 191 st Street South, a section-line road, on the South section-line of Section 1, Township 16 North, Range 11 East in Creek County District #1 to the Official Creek County Road Maintenance Inventory.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider designating unused real property as unneeded for Courthouse or jail purposes and requesting the District Judge.appoint appraisers so it may be sold in accordance with 19 O.S. §§ 342- 344. Property is located at the northwest comer of Creek Avenue and 2nd Street in Drumright, Oklahoma.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $1769.38 to reimburse for utilities, as per 62 O.S. §335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  14. Discussion and possible action concerning the review of 2015, 2016, and 2017, county audits by the State Auditors Office.

  15. Adjournment - Chairman.
