  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on October 22, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action to consider opening and awarding bids for cleaning services for the Commissioner's Office and common areas in the Collins Building, #19-09.

  8. Discussion and possible action to sign transcripts and deeds for property sold on October 22, 2018, O.T. Drumright Lot 18, Block 13; Lots 16 and 17, Block 14; Lots 13 and 14, Block 14; Lot 13, Block 23; Lot 23, Block 14.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider changes to the rental agreement for use of the Collins Building Ballroom- Cindy Lawrence, Main Street.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider acceptance of removal bond from Branch Communications for a cell tower that was approved by the Board of Adjustments on June 19, 2018, with case #CCBOA-340, located at Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 9 East in District #3 - Wendy Murray, Planning.

  11. Review and possible action on updates to the ODOT County Road Inventory Map.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing service agreement with Air Comfort Solutions for the jail - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  13. Discussion and possible action to considering signing semiannual service agreement with Emergency Power Systems, Inc. for the jail - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing semiannual service agreement with Emergency Power Systems, Inc. for the Juvenile Justice Center - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Bobbie L. Hinson to cross West 341st Street South, in Section 19, Township 14 North, Range 8 East in District #3.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider granting a utility easement to Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company across fairground property.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to street cut 7311 South 35th West Avenue approximately 2.33 miles south and 1 .40 miles west of the US Highway 75 and US Highway 44 junction in District H1.

  18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to cross West 162nd Street approximately 1.12 miles south and 3.29 miles west of the US Highway 75 Alternate and State Highway 67 junction in District #1.

  19. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $240.82 to reimburse for utility payment, as per 62 O.S. §335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  20. Adjournment - Chairman.
