SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION -Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on October 15, 2018, and for special meeting held on October 18, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and introduction of new K-9 Deputy, Ranger by Corporal Dru Davis - Bret Bowling, Sheriff's Office.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as O.T. Drumright Lot 18, Block 13 - Treasurer's Office.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as O.T. Drumright Lots 16 and 17, Block 14 -Treasurer's Office. ·

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as O.T. Drumright Lots 13 and 14, Block 14.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as O. T. Drumright Lot 13, Block 23 - Treasurer's Office.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as O.T. Drumright Lot 23, Block 14 - Treasurer's Office.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider entering inter-local agreements with the various Public Trusts within Creek County to assist in the construction, improvement, and/or maintenance of real property owned by said trusts.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing inter-local agreement between Board of County Commissioners and Gypsy Public School in District #3.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing inter-local agreement between Board of County Commissioners and The City of Drumright in District #2

  20. Discussion and possible action to consider 2019 employee health insurance - Tandra McClellan, County Clerk's Office, and Lisa Barton, Premier Consulting.

  21. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid for one and two miles of 2" overlay from Highway 97 west on West 71st Street in District #2.

  22. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Oklahoma Communications Systems, Inc., dba TDS Telecom to cross and parallel West 191st Street West to 81st West A venue to Lake Jackson Road to Shortcut Road continuing southwest to West 240th Street approximately 150' west of the Highway 75 Alternate and 91st Street South junction in District #1.

  23. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the f reek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Maintenance and Operation fund (R2) with funds from the Creek County Court Clerk's Office in the amount of $2,223.72 to reimburse for utility payment, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

  24. Adjournment - Chairman.

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
