The Board of County Commissioners of Creek County {BOCC) met in Regular Session on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., date and time duly posted.
Item #1: Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman, Leon Warner. Roll Call Warner present, Stephens present, and Whitehouse present.
Item #2: Statement of compliance with open meeting act-Chairman.
Item #3: Commissioner Warner led the Pledge of Allegiance and Stephens Invocation.
Item #4: Motion was made by Stephens and seconded by Whitehouse to approve the minutes of March 18, 2019. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.

Item #6: NO DISCUSSION of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Title 25 O.S. § 3ll(A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.
Item #7: Motion was made by Stephens and seconded by Whitehouse to sign Resolution #2019-29 on re-appointment of trustees for the Creek County Industrial Authority District #1 Greg Pugmire, District #2 Tyler Buttram and District #3 Dave Roberts term ending 2023. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.
Item #8: Motion was made by Whitehouse and seconded by Warner to sign Resolution #2019-30 re-appointment of trustees for the Creek County Home Finance Authority District #2 Ron Dyer and District #3 Marland Armitage term ending 2021. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.
Item #9: Motion was made by Warner and seconded by Whitehouse to sign Resolution #2019-31 re-appointment of trustees for the Creek County Home Finance Authority District #2 Tyler Buttram and Paul Branch and District #3 Kerry Hilbert term ending 2022. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.
Item #10: Motion was made by Whitehouse and seconded by Stephens to sign Resolution #2019-32 changing Requisitioning Officer Anna Duckett to Anna Stringfellow for the Creek County Health Department accounts MDlA, MDlC, MD2, MD3 and MD4. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.
Item #11: Motion was made by Stephens and seconded by Whitehouse to sign Resolution#2019-33 directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit Creek County Commissioners General Fund (R4) with $673.145 for the reimbursement returned by Benefit Resources, Inc. on a monthly basis, pursuant to the monthly report provided by the same. Vote as follows: Warner - Aye, Stephens - Aye, Whitehouse - Aye.
