Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders.   26. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax - Treasurer's Office.

  27. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross Loblolly Lane approximately .18 miles north of the 101st and Loblolly Lane junction in District #2.

  28. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross Loblolly Lane approximately 100 feet north of the 10l51 and Loblolly Lane junction in District #2.

  29. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 approximately 40 feet east of the 257th West Avenue and 203rd Street South junction in District #3.
