AGENDA

  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT- Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 9, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and possible action on approval of designee for OK Grants - Barbara Albritton, IN COG.

  8. Discussion and possible action to consider letting for bid for construction on the commercial building at the fairgrounds.

  9. Discussion and possible action to hold a public hearing to determine if the permanent closure of a portion of South 353rd West Avenue just north of the junction with West 211th Street South is warranted in District #3.

  10.  Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as 213 West Fourth Street, Oilton, Oklahoma - Treasurer' s Office.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative Agreement with City of Bristow in District #3.

  12. Discussion and possible action to sign Transcript and Deed on property sold in public sale on April 2, 2018 for property located at Moccasin Park, Lots 16 through 18, Block 2.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing ODOT 324a claim form for Sapulpa Rural Water Company for CIRB l 19C(192)RB, JP #22350(06), West 18l5t Street South for District #2.

  14. Discussion and possible action to approve Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax.
