  1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

  2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT-Chairman

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

  4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on April 2, 2018.

  5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

  6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S. § 311 (A) (9), new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of this meeting.)

  7. Discussion and acknowledgment by the Board of the State Auditor's Office audit of county financials pursuant to 19 O.S. § 171 and acceptance of engagement letters for the same - Marla Latham, State Auditor's Office.

  8. Discussion and possible action to hire a law firm to represent the county in opioid litigation.

  9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Interagency Agreements for Sapulpa, Drumright, and Bristow industrial sites with Creek County Industrial Authority - Holly Nigh, Director.

  10. Discussion and possible action to consider zoning complaints on properties located at 6320 South 33rd West Avenue and 3314 West 64th Place South - Planning Office.

  11. Discussion and possible action to consider vacating part of South 89th West A venue in the West half of the northeast quarter (W/2 NE/4), Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 11 East, and a portion of West 84th Street South in the west half of the northeast comer (W/2 NE/4 ), Township 13, Township 18 North, Range 11 East in District #2 - Bob Getchell, Gable Gotwals Counsel.

  12. Discussion and possible action to consider holding public sale of property described as 1320 Moccasin Park, Moccasin Park Lots 16 through 18, Block 2 in Sapulpa - Treasurer's Office.

  13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing ODOT 324a claim form for attorney fees for Board of Creek County Commissioners v. the Naifeh Family Trust, Creek County Case No. CV-15-116; JP22350(09); Parcels 15, 15.1, 15A, 15.2.

  14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative Agreement with Lone Star Public School in District #3.

  15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing Inter-Cooperative Agreement with Bristow Public School in District #3.

  16. Discussion and possible action to consider Commissioners signing a letter of support for application for federal assistance of FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program - Covey Murray, Emergency Management Director.

  17. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an agreement between Everything Behind the Badge, Dr. Josh Turley, and the Board of County Commissioners to revise policies for the Sheriff's Office and Criminal Justice Center -Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

  18. Discussion and possible action to allow ACCO to use the County's $40,000 Deductible Fund balance to pay for replacement invoices and quotes totaling $22,201.06 to replace stolen items from the break-ins at District #3 shop in October, 2017.

  19. Discussion and possible action to consider setting public hearing to add a portion of Shortcut Road west of South 105th West Avenue in Section 14, Township 16 North, Range 11 East in Creek County District #1.

  20. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Commissioners Office Highway Maintenance and Operations Fund (SA2) with funds from Lola Headrick to refund a portion of the cost of the election to establish the Edgewater Estates Rural Road Improvement District in the amount of $331.00, as per Title 62 O.S.§335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
